G2Web, Inc., and its affiliated website SeatData.com is
committed to fairness and disclosure with regard to our handling of
your personal data. We strictly adhere to the policies covered by this

Information Collection and Use
SeatData.com does not collect any personal information
directly from non-member users through the website. Non-members are
not asked to share any personal information with us. Members are required
to submit a password and to use an email address for their logon name.
Members who have signed up through Paypal are asked to
provide information according to Paypal's terms; portions of this information
are shared with us as described below:

We do not receive any financial information given to Paypal.
We store information that we collect through cookies and
log files for analytical purposes; this information does not contain
any personally identifiable data.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer.
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. The session ID
cookie's purpose is to retain status information such as whether the
user is logged in or not; the persistent cookies are for discerning
new versus return visitors. Some of our affiliate business partners

our eligibility for commissions earned. Cookies are critical for full

New members are sent a welcoming email to verify their
order and logon information. We may occasionally feel it is neceassry
to inform our members of changes to the services on our website via
email. Members will be given the ability to opt-out of these communications.
We respond to customer service inquiries via email, or, if agreed upon,
other available methods.
Sharing information
Legal Disclaimer: Though we make
every effort tp preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal
information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief
that such action in necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding,
a court order or legal process served on our web site.
Aggregate information may be shared with third parties.
An example of this would be revealing the average number of visitors
per day on an application for advertising. No personally identifiable
information will ever be shared, except when necessary to ship or deliver
a product to our users, i.e. federal express. We do not make your email
address available for any third party advertisers. We are committed
to the reduction of SPAM.
In the event G2Web, Inc. is sold, it is highly likely
that all of our information will be among the assets transferred to
the new owner.

SeatData.com takes reasonable precautions against the
unlawful theft of users' information. Only Seatdata employees are allowed
access to our data.
